一、內容
本課程邀請具有『高科技創業』經驗的專家及教授們以演講與小組討論的方式，啟發學生們的創業想法，希望藉此能將學校的教學及研究成果，更具體的轉化為產業的競爭力。課程內容主要包括四個主軸：（一）相關知識研習。參考美國 Standard 大學之教材，並將邀請創業有成之專家與教授共同授課及編教材；(二) 演講。課程中將邀請數位創業家來現身說法，進行經驗傳承。(三) 創業實習。修課學生將以編組方式，選定一項專業研發成果，進行商業化的實習。過程將包括與實習導師(Mentor) 每個禮拜的腦力激盪會議，產品設計，市場分析，風險評估，財務規劃，和營運計劃書之撰寫等等。(四) 期末簡報。每組學生將學習成果向創投公司經理人和專家們簡報，尋求認同與支持。傑出的團隊將有機會獲得初期創業資金，真正的設立公司開始營運。
